Linda Schmidt has been a Columbus resident all her life, and is consequently, very familiar with the area. She attended Columbus schools, received a BS from Ohio University, a MA from The Ohio State University and completed Real Estate courses from Hondros College. Not only has she sold property in Franklin County, but also Delaware, Union, Morrow, Knox, Licking and Ross Counties. Linda Schmidt has worked with HUD properties, bank-owned, short sales, manufactured homes, farm land, condos, new home builders and existing homes. She is one of only twenty-six realtors with the Columbus Board of Realtors to have attained the Affordable Housing Accreditation and is currently a member of the Affordable Housing Committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors. As a former teacher, she's acquired the patience and listening skills to help her relate to buyers and sellers.
